Muse Challenge #3

Hey friends,

Remember the other day when I was telling you how excited I was about the huge snow storm (a foot or more) that was coming? Well it mainly missed us and we only got about 5 inches. I know some of you are like "That's still tons of snow" but in upstate NY that can melt in one week. I wanted buckets full to last the rest of winter because there is something so beautiful about looking out the window and everything covered with clean, white snow! At least we did get enough for that though and hopefully if the temperature remains low enough, it will last awhile. :)

I wanted to pop in to share a card I made for the latest Muse Challenge #3. The Muse this week is Laurie. I just adore Laurie's work. She has such a clean and simple approach to her cards.

What inspired my design was Laurie's color combo and her green patterned paper. It inspired me to recreate my own patterned paper using flower stamps. I could not over look her use of perfectly placed bling as well.

Thanks for stopping by,
Brandi

I love this card and the stamp set. I used to own it and sold it when it retired - a decision I am regretting! You have done a stunning job.
