Retro Sketches #2
I hope everyone is having a great start to the week. We actually had our terrace doors open all day at the office because the weather is so nice out. I was able to start jogging outside this weekend and it was so refreshing seeing the people walking their dogs, kids on skateboards, people on bikes and other walkers. It has been soooooo long!
I found this fun site called Retro Sketches. Arielle, who is the same person over the Colour Q challenges created this site too. For inspiration, every week her and her DT come up with a fun creative sketch based of one of their previous cards. The sketches are so simple and are great as a starting point for inspiration. I used a cute little owl stamp from one of my favorite sets (Happy Owlentine's Day by Jenny Suchin that can be found here).
Well that's it for me today! Have a great night!

So I answered your question a few days ago and wondered why I hadn't heard back from you. Then I check my reply to your comment and realised you have a "no reply" thingy and not your e-mail. Doh! So here's my answer again. Didn't want you to think I was ignoring you!
Haven't read the Hunger Games books yet but definitely want to. Are you enjoying them?
I'm currently reading Michael Connelly's books. He write the Harry Bosch series (LAPD Homicide Detective) and then other stand alone books. I didn't think I'd get this into them but I'm really enjoying them. Because I'm so OC/AR I have to read them chronologically. He's written about 25 books so far and I'm on number 8! I have along way to go...
Aside from his stuff I've recently enjoyed "Room" by Emma Donoghue, "One Good Dog" by Susan Wilson (a bit predictable but it had a pitbull in it so I was sold!) and "The Passage" by Justin Cronin. "The Passage" was my favourite thing that I read last year. So what else have you read lately that's good?
