The Graduate...

Hey y'all,

I just wanted to say thank you for all the sweet comments I have received lately. It just brings a smile to my face. I have loved meeting new people and creating great friends in blogland!

My nephew is graduating in a week and I couldn't be more happy for him. I wanted to share a graduation card I made for him. I remember the day I graduated high school, I was so excited for what was to come. I couldn't wait to start college and meet new people, but was sad at the same time to leave my friends. College graduation, on the other hand, was scary! I remember sitting there as the names were called. Once I heard mine I thought "Oh my gosh! What now?" The time following was definitely a huge transition with my move to NY and finding a job. I managed to pull it all together in 3 months! Whew, what a rush! It was a lot to get use to, being on my own, but I wouldn't have changed a thing!

Thanks for stopping by!
Brandi

Wonderful color combo. Looks like we may have another thing in common! The day after I graduated in NC I packed my car and moved to WI! Didn't know what I really going to do.

Whoops!... Just realized I wrote my comment on the wrong card! I think I hit "next post" button by mistake. Sorry, I meant to write my previous comment for your "Sock Monkey" Card! lol...
I don't know how to delete my comment, So I'll go copy it over there again instead. So sorry for the mix-up!
